After operation, it can realize continuous operation for 24 hours, with the highest welding speed of the filling cylinder body reaching 0.38 meters per minute, which is nearly four times higher than the production efficiency of manual welding in the past. The weld seam is beautiful, uniform, and deformation is small. In particular, the welding allowance for the filling cylinder body can be further reduced, saving materials and shortening the subsequent cutting time.

   The addition of arc welding robots has indeed improved the work efficiency and welding quality in production workshops, achieved the upgrading and transformation of intelligent equipment, and is an important manifestation of the application level of intelligent equipment in welding cylinder bodies and mixing drum bodies of filling machines.
